Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
A painful condition that is caused by compression of the median nerve which goes through the wrist at the carpal tunnel (a path on the palm side of the wrist that connects the hand to the forearm).
Usually found in people who perform tasks that involve undue use of the wrist (typists, athletes etc.)
Also known as Medial Epicondylitis – it results in pain and swelling in the tendons in the forearm. The pain is usually centered on the inside of the elbow and can be treated with sufficient rest.
The name is derived from the fact that it was associated with Golfers for a long time, however, it could affect anyone used to excessive elbow motion.
An inflammation or injury of the Patellar tendon – a string-like tissue joining the kneecap (patella) to the shin bone (tibia). It is also known as Patellar tendonitis or Patellar Tendinopathy.
Characteristically found in people who place repetitive stress on the patellar or quadriceps tendon usually due to jumping excessively.
Lateral Epicondylitis (aka Tennis Elbow)
Commonly known as Tennis Elbow, it is a condition caused by overexertion of the arm, forearm and hand muscles leading to chronic elbow pain – usually found in people who perform daily activities that strain the elbow (Tennis players, manual laborers, cricketers etc.).

One of the leading causes of heel pain, is caused due to excessive strain of the plantar fascia (flat band of ligament connecting heel to toes) that results in a swollen and inflamed condition.
Typically found in people who are used to wearing soft shoes with negligible support while performing strenuous activities such as running, walking etc. regularly.
Although known as Runner’s knee, this condition can affect anyone who spends time performing activities that involve excessive knee bending (running, walking, cycling etc.).
It is indicated by a characteristic aching sensation at or around the kneecap area.
